1. Agreement Overview

By accessing or using the services provided by Grow My Auto Fleet (“GMAF”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GMAF’s platform, including but not limited to booking vehicles, hosting vehicles, and any related services offered by GMAF. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services.

2. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your GMAF account. Keep your account information, including your password, secure. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your GMAF account. Notify GMAF immediately of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content

a. GMAF Content and User Content License: Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, GMAF grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view any GMAF and/or user content for personal and non-commercial purposes.

b. User Content: You may post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit content through the services, such as photographs of yourself and your vehicle(s), reviews, feedback, and descriptions. By making such content available, you grant GMAF a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such content.

4. Prohibited Activities

In connection with your use of the services, you agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to violating any law, posting false or misleading information, failing to honor commitments, harming or threatening harm to users, and interfering with the operation of the services.

5. Violations

GMAF reserves the right to investigate, pursue, and seek to prosecute violations of these Terms and Conditions. GMAF may remove or disable access to any content considered objectionable or harmful to the services or community. Violations may result in limitation, suspension, or termination of your GMAF account and access to the services.

6. Policy Enforcement

GMAF may consider user performance history and specific circumstances in applying policies. GMAF reserves the right to be lenient with policy enforcement at its discretion.

7. Communications

By using the services, you consent to electronic communication from GMAF, including email, notifications, calls, or text messages, for various purposes such as confirming sign-up, providing notices, investigating fraud, or communicating urgent messages.

8. Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree not to take any action that would harm the reputation of the other party or lead to unwanted or unfavorable publicity.

9. Insurance and Protection Plans

GMAF does not insure hosts or guests. Host and guest protection plans are available through the services and are subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Guest Specific Terms

Guests must be legally licensed drivers, treat vehicles well, return them on time and in good condition, and only allow approved drivers to operate booked vehicles.

11. Liability Insurance

Hosts cannot offer liability insurance. Trips may include coverage under an automobile liability insurance policy. Additional details and exclusions apply based on the origin of the trip.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

GMAF reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the GMAF platform. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
